Chris Wordsworth

Chartered Financial Planner APFS

Multi-award winning and highly experienced Chartered Financial Planner, focused on helping you identify and achieve your future goals.

About

My finance career began in 2006, becoming a financial planner in 2009 and a Chartered Financial Planner in 2012.

I have been awarded Overall Financial Planner of the Year 2018 and Investment Planner of the Year 2013 by the Financial Times Group’s Money Management Magazine. The Personal Finance Society recently awarded me the Investment Advice Specialist 2024/2025 and shortlisted me as a finalist for the Retirement and Later Life Specialist 2024/2025.

I was formerly responsible for part of the financial advice service at a large national investment and pensions firm with over 1m clients.

In 2022 I set up Chris Wordsworth Financial Planning.

Many don’t know whether they are on track to meet their future financial goals, nor that often they could improve their financial future with very simple steps.

I founded Chris Wordsworth Financial Planning on the principle of helping people understand their financial future and how to better this, in a personalised, approachable and understandable way.

The structure of Chris Wordsworth Financial Planning combines the personalised service of a small firm with the benefits and security of a large firm. Based in Bristol I help clients throughout the UK in person, on video calls, or on the phone. I understand people have work, families and social lives and aim to be flexible to suit you.

The first step is simply to get in touch for a no obligation chat.
